Custom Thermoforming

Our design expertise grew from meeting the stringent requirements of building aircraft canopies for 20 years.Everyone who has flown behind one of our canopies knows the quality of our optics and craftsmanship.Let us put our manufacturing expertise to work for you. We have in-house tooling and design capabilities and can accept 2-D or 3-D CAD files. 

We use Solid Edge for our design work.
Our thermoformers can handle sheet sizes up to 6′ x 8′ with draw depths over 36″. Our 5-axis routers have 5′ x 10′ tables with up to 36″ depth. Our laser cutter has a 500W CO2 laser and a 4′ x 4′ bed. Our polycarbonate extruder can produce .040″ to .100″ thick, transparent sheet up to 64″ wide.
