What is polycarbonate ?

Polycarbonate is an extremely tough, transparent thermoplastic that is used in all of our skylights. We have demonstrated this by firing twenty four .22 rounds at a skylight.  None of the bullets penetrated the skylight. We are also the only skylight producer in the world to produce our own polycarbonate sheet.

What is thermoforming ?

Thermoforming is a process that includes vacuum and pressure forming. The process involves heating a sheet in an oven and then forming it into or over a mold.  It’s that simple and that complicated.
